A view on the biodiversity of Slovenia

Some refer to Slovenia as the biodiversity hot spot of Europe. Others say that Slovenia is Europe in small. When you come to Slovenia this richness can overwhelm you. This website tries to show this wealth of animals and plants. Furthermore, the aim of this website is to give an introduction in nature conservation, which organisations are connected to it, but also what to do when you go to Slovenia and want to determine animals or plants. I want to invite you to have a glimps of the richness of this small country or even better come once to this country yourself.
